Check Data Allowance: Ensure that you have sufficient data remaining on your plan. Log in to the TravlFi Customer Portal to check your data usage and verify if you have exhausted your data allowance for the current billing cycle.
Restart the Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can help establish a fresh connection. Turn off your TravlFi device, wait for a minimum of 3 minutes, and then power it back on. This action can reset the network connection and potentially improve your connectivity.
Manually Change the Network: If you are experiencing slow speeds, try manually selecting a different network from the available options in the Customer Portal. Access the device settings and select an alternative network to see if it results in a stronger connection.
